We are a unique NHS in-house international recruitment and OSCE team offering a pay-per-hire service for the supply of international nurses, allied health professionals (AHPs) and healthcare support workers. We are not an agency, we are the NHS recruiting for the NHS.

Recruiting globally with many of our candidates residing in India, Sri Lanka and UAE. Our nurses go through a rigorous screening and selection process to ensure we always offer high quality health and care professionals and who meet the staffing needs of the Trusts we work with.

We make sure all our health and care professionals are treated with the up most kindness, care and understanding every step of the way. We pride ourselves on a high standard and quality of pastoral support. We invest a lot of time collecting qualitative feedback from our nurses to make sure we have smooth processes that work well and where things may not have worked so well we learn how to improve and develop stronger and more robust processes.

We have successfully deployed over 570 nurses since February 2021 into Acute, Mental Health and Community settings across Norfolk and Waveney including 436 successfully passing their OSCE up until and including October 2023.
